OPERATION
SHOEBOX
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR 5 OR MORE BOXES

Step 1
|
Fill out inventory sheet and tape it to the top of each
shoebox. Secure each shoebox with string, yarn, or ribbon (no
tape please). |
| Step 2 |
Pick up free packing cartons at Calvin Presbyterian
Church (see address at Dropoff Locations).

| Step 3 |
Using a BLUE marker write the total number of shoeboxes on
the outside of the box. |
| Step 4 |
Tape the cartons shut with mailing tape (no duct tape
please) and deliver to one of the drop-off sites listed. |
